Shipping & Returns
Currently, Lily Fields Home online orders can be shipped to locations within the United States only. Please call us directly for shipping orders outside the United States. Orders are processed and shipped from Scottsdale, Arizona within 3 business days and transit times vary on the best shipping rate. Tracking information will be emailed once the merchandise has shipped.
Request for returns must be made in writing directly to Lily Fields Home within 7 days of delivery date. Please reference the invoice number and detailed reason(s) for submitting your request. No returns are acceptable without Lily Fields Home approval and delivery instructions for shipping. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping will be chargeable to customer. Please email us with details of the product return prior to sending it back to us. All emails can be sent to email@example.com.

Items purchased from a third-party retailer cannot be returned to Lily Fields Home. In addition, all sale, personalized, custom or otherwise special order pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact Lily Fields Home at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after receipt.
